Welcome to Frittenden CEP School

Frittenden CEP is a popular small rural school in the heart of Frittenden Village. We are very proud of our school and our recent Ofsted and SIAMS report. We provide a caring, happy and positive atmosphere in which a child may fulfil his / her potential and grow in self confidence and respect for the people and environment around them. People often comment about the warm atmosphere when the visit us; our children are well behaved and eager to learn and a credit to our school. We are a hard working team who strive to deliver a wide and varied curriculum.

We currently have 99 children on roll divided into 4 classes.  As well as local children, we have a number of pupils from neighbouring villages.  The school was built in 1845 and as a church school we have close links with St Mary's Church and the local community.  In recent years we have extended the school and now have a spacious hall and computer suite.

If you have a child starting school in September 2019, you are very welcome to visit us at Frittenden.  Please contact Mrs Kneller, our Office Manager, to book an appointment for a tour of the school.  We will be happy to answer any questions whilst you are here.  Alternatively, if you are unable to visit but would like more information about the school and admission process, please telephone 01580 852250 and speak to Mrs Kneller, our Office Manager.

Currently we have a couple of spaces in our reception class. If you would like further information please email Ms Costello, Headteacher or Mark Gosden, Chair of Governors
