This week

What an exciting week it has been! We had almost all the children back into school after a spate of covid cases.

This week Potter Class have enjoyed Chinese New Year and on Thursday they cooked a stir fry and set the table for their feast. Shakespeare Class have missed Mr. Hancock but Mrs Coulson has remarked what a fantastic bunch of children  they are; she has enjoyed listening to them read out their writing and behave with maturity. Wells Class have been enduring part-whole model division with remainders and have enjoyed orally re-telling the French tale of The White Rat. Whilst Dahl Class have been increasing their time outside and have enjoyed investigating how stretchy socks are! They have been using bar model in maths and dividing. Busy, busy….

Year 3 and 4 were invited to attend a hockey festival, hosted at Dulwich Prep on Thursday 3 February. They had an amazing time.

The won against Benenden 3 –0, lost and against Marden 1 –2, drew against Colliers Green 0-0 and drew with Loose 1– 1. Amazing! Well done to Jayden, Findlay, James, Amelie, Olivia, Annabel and Lizzie.
